I 1st went to the Broadway location and saw 2 tables I was interested in, and before making a final decision my husband and I decided to visit the Castle Hills location to compare( as we had JUST found out about its' existance..)\r We went in and decided we couldn't afford any choices there,\r As we were leaving, the owner asked what we thought and I said everything was lovely but we had resolved we'd go back to her Broadway store because the pricing was more along our' lines:)\r Well....... she LOST it and said "don't come back to this store! you can't afford anything here, go back to your element!!"\r Even though it's her own store!\r We were thoroughly shocked at her blatant, absurd customer service.\r Ofcourse she had just gotten off the phone with a consignment customer in which the discussion involved her losing their' expensive rug, speaking condensendingly to them about the "value" of the item lost.
