Review content:
I won't go to Hilker's Cleaners again! Prices are outrageously over priced. Much higher than competitors' prices. I know because i called around to about a dozen other dry cleaners. Unfortunately, it was AFTER Hilker's charged me $25 for a two piece regular length dress (a plain sleeveless dress, and a midriff long sleeve jacket that only clasps in the front). When i questioned the price, i was told that they charged me for a dress AND a jacket, and that is what they are told to do. I asked for the contact information for management. I immediately contacted management, which was at a different location. I was told she would have to look into it and would call me back later that day. I never received a call back. The next day i called the same number and was told the person was on another call and would call me back in a few minutes. I did not receive a call back until 8 hours later, after 7pm, when i was not available. I called back the next day and i was informed that the general manager was consulted and those were their prices. They've lost my family's business!!
