Businiess name:  Fatou's African Hair Braiding

Review content:
""Should Have Learned 1st Time""""\r -I needed my hair braided on short notice so decided to contact salon hoping that my experience would be better than one several years ago; no such luck. I spent over $200.00 (charges -length of twists, hair, tax .......) they require for you to ""hand"" them the hair as they braid so you are not able to just back and relax. In addition, I was told I HAD to pay in cash because of it being Sunday???- only to have a customer next to me pay with credit card. The next explanation given for the ""cash only"" request was, my braider needed to pay her rent. I agreed to all of these things to point of going to the bank after service AND taking my braider home (and giving her a tip). \r I did all of these things with hopes of having a head full of Senegalese Twists that were neat, and for the most part the same size. I could not have been more wrong, words alone could not express the disappointment I felt when finally getting the chance to look at my twists. The quality throughout my entire head was just ""POOR"". I attempted to contact my braider-MARY in order to have the situation fixed, instead I was given a bunch of excuses and promises of a returned phone call. \r After still waiting for that returned call, I decided to chuck it up as a lesson learned a vow to NEVER step foot in Fatou's again and would advise that anyone who wants quality work done follow suite!\r \r
