Every Z-Ultimate studio is a family and I love coming to work out with my family every week. I get a great workout here and a sense of confidence. The instructors are friendly as are all the other students. Sparring is done under the watchful eyes of multiple instructors and safety is always the first priority. You can opt out of any part of a lesson at any time if you don't feel comfortable. There is no pressure to do something you physically can't or feel uncomfortable doing. If there is ever an issue instructors are there to resolve the problem to benefit all parties involved.\r
I love this studio and z-ultimate and would recommend it to anyone looking for a good time, a good workout, and a useful skill.
