It's very unfortunate that the management ruined what could have been a great experience. We liked the complex location and grounds upkeep, and our apartment was not bad, minus the few upgrades it needed.\r \r Here's where the bad part comes in. After moving in, we notices some minor things that we wanted fixed. The dishwasher left soap residue and was not cleaning. It took four maintenance requests, six months, and a threat to contact the BBB before we got a working dishwasher. \r \r Our hot water was not staying hot in the shower for more than about 6 minutes (I timed it). After 5 maintenance requests and a personal visit to the office, turns out all we needed was a new shower head (the old one was not controlling the hot water being released).\r \r The seal was broken on our patio door, and moisture was getting in between the glass panes. While this is not a huge deal, they told me at the office that there was nothing they could do about it. there were countless other incidences wi
