Yusef, was was there on time and very courteous. Even though I told him didn't need to put those covers on his shoes ..he did anyway ..because he said he didn't want to get my house dirty.
My Mother would have loved him..
He did all the checks and changes to the furnace and removed all debris after...he spent time to inform me about all the work he preformed and answered all the questions I had ..
He also made me aware of some addition products that the company offers ..and the value of it's function..
Yusef, is someone who does a great job of representing his company ..... he is a very valuable asset to his company.. imo
