3/5/2014 Have you ever encountered ignorance??? Today, my dental staff did! The employees from a company PLS calling to verify employment for someone our office does not know. But this company takes an additional step and calls my 80 year old mom twice to aggravate her!! I was finally able to return the call to a ""Leslie."" I was informed they had concluded we had no Jennifer within our employment !!! My only ? to this poorly spoken female was why the rudeness when your trying to verify??? Her answer( with rudeness) --- several of us here call and we aren't rude..... By now, I'm LOL! I kindly tell this woman to have a nice day!----In my mind, I'm screaming you work at a title loan place of course your RUDE-and don't realize it IDIOT with Ignorance!!
