Contacted owner, D***** , before I turned myself in to Fulton County Jail to arrange bond. Took my money, never bailed me out. No apology I called D***** regarding a low-level misdemeanor and wanted to arrange bail before I turned myself in at 930pm, hoping to get in and out as quick as possible. The owner said that 'W******', his night employee, was very well connected at the jail and would have me out quickly. He took all my information and girlfriends information as she was going to fill out paperwork and pay the fee the moment I turned myself in. She went to the facility, paid, filled out all paperwork and was told she would receive a call from W******. No phone call was ever received from W******, he did not answer the phone once when I used my two phone calls to call his office. He told my girlfriend that he spoke to me and expressed that he could not bail me out which was a complete lie. He then back-pedaled and stated that he got me confused with someone else and that he would have me out with no problem. Never responded to her after payment, never bailed me. As a result I spent 30 hours of HELL in FCJ from their mistakes. I will go to all lengths to make sure they are removed from approved bail bond list at FCJ and no one has else to suffer due to their unprofessionalism, blatant lies and deceit.
