I have been trying to buy a condo for my son in Austin for the past 6 months and finally our realtor, Russell Cavin, made my dream come true. Russell managed to find a cheap and off market condo for my son. He is courteous, helpful and responsible. He will never push or pressure me during the negotiations with the seller. His phone and computer are always 24/7 with him and will reply to me at anytime, mid night, early morning, weekends and even when he is having a Valentine weekend vacation with his friend. He even helped me to arrange different contractors to go to the unit for quote. When another unit within the same condo complex was selling in the MLS market, Russell went to that unit and took pictures for me to make sure that I would have a great deal. What a great realtor! We really appreciate his dedication and hard work and would highly recommend Russell Cavin to anyone that is house hunting. We will definitely use Russell for our next investment in the near future.
