It seems like it is impossible to schedule an appointment for the free rotation promised when I bought my tires. When I call ahead they often say they are too busy and to check back later. Finally I was told to come first thing in the morning. There were several of us and the wait was longer than I had hoped for. I would have really appreciated the ability to make an appointment. Rather than go through this anymore, I will pay $15 and have my tires rotated at Sam's Club.
