I recently moved to the NW area near I-10 and wondered where to find a shop I could trust. After reading several online reviews on different shops I went to the Furriers NW location on Casa Grande Hwy near big Walmart. I am so glad I did. I met Mike the manager who is very knowledgeable and a straight shooter and a really nice guy, just like the reviews said. Excellent diagnosis and repair at a reasonable cost. I found my auto shop! I've been there 3 times now...and very pleased! Thanks to Mike and his team. more

We've been getting our car fixed at the Golf Links and Kolb store for years and the outstanding service we've had just continues! The service writers, Jason and Marty are the best in business! When we've needed help getting a repair done they have a solution for us! The honesty my family has expericed over the years has even lead me to having all my work vehicles being taken to them (although at another location closer to my office.) We just can't say enough good things about Jason and Marty! We don't know what we would have done if we hadn't found them years ago! more

Had a terrific and economically fair experience at Jack Furrier's RV service at the Paloverde location. John and James were attentive and knew safety was was a primary concern. While there are no appointments taken, we were served immediately and were able to wait while James figured out the best solution to resolve loss of tire pressure. John answered all our questions. Their work and customer centric focus will make us repeat customers. more

Fabulous experience today in Sierra Vista Store. Scott Phillips, a 6-year employee, installed duallyvalve-brand metal valve stems on my 4 rear RV tires, and also installed metal valve stems on the front tires. No more screw-on extension hoses. No more trouble airing up tires. And now my TPMS after-market sensors fit on the valve stems without any need to cut the wheel liners. Scott with only 2 long tire irons, a huge hammer, air gun, and compressor made it look like a breeze. Did not use his giant Coats tire machine so his work through his skillful hands did not "force" the tires on/off the steel rims. And I chatted with him for literally 3 hours and he educated me on the special valve stem cores installed (with tiny filter cartridges on the end) so the "Equal" balancing beads do not reach the sensitive valve stem core seal, along with special valve caps that allow airing up the tires without removing the caps (at no extra charge!!). Also Christian Johnson was most friendly from time I made my appointment through checkout. Without asking, another Furrier employee ran out to check from the rear of my RV as I backed in and out of the front of the stall to ensure my RV did not contact any trees or other obstructions. Eric Buchner, the manager, was also super courteous and friendly and I can readily tell these employees are dedicated, happy, and focused on customer service. This was the BEST TIRE service experience I have had in my 60+ year life, and I am a very particular person and hard to please. But from today, I am ecstatic after using the Sierra Vista Furrier Store. You will be too! more

It seems like it is impossible to schedule an appointment for the free rotation promised when I bought my tires. When I call ahead they often say they are too busy and to check back later. Finally I was told to come first thing in the morning. There were several of us and the wait was longer than I had hoped for. I would have really appreciated the ability to make an appointment. Rather than go through this anymore, I will pay $15 and have my tires rotated at Sam's Club. We took my wife's Tahoe in to the Cortaro location, where we get it serviced, with a an engine lifter noise. Mike and the guys diagnosed the problem to be a bad lifter. We authorized the repair,(Which is extensive. It required most of the engine to be torn down) They replaced all the lifters and we got it back. Two days later, the noise came back. Long story short, Furriers and in particular the guys at the Cortaro location, were absolutely fantastic about the issue. They worked long hours trying to figure out what happened, I'm not sure how many hours they spent on it but it was considerable. In the end, they re-did the repair at considerable expense to them, all the while apologizing. The Tahoe now is fine, thanks to Jack Furriers and the Cortaro Rd guys. If you are looking for a place to take your vehicle where the repairs are done right, no matter what, I wholeheartedly recommend any Jack Furriers locations. First off my apologies for not getting this out faster but I have been planning my trip to Mexico and am finally back. Thanks to the guys at Jack furriers on Tanque Verde for a great job on my alignment. I had just gotten it done at a different location but needed it checked again so i went to the tanque verde location and they fixed my camber and looked over the entire front end at no charge. The head mechanic talked me through everything. This made my trip that much more relaxing and enjoyable to know my car would be ok in that respect. Thanks again guys you did a terrific job and will be back again. I took my 2010 Jeep tire in to be repaired. "NAIL'S" Not 1 but 2 big x##x nail's in my new $250 tire. I took it to three other places at first and apparently just by looking, they could tell that 1 nail was too close to the edge, couldn't repair???? I took the tire to Jack Furrier's on Golf Links/Kolb. My intension was to buy a spare but speaking with Jason he asked if anyone actually looked inside the tire to see what kind of damage was done? Of course I said no. Well, the nail that was too close to the edge, not. It didn't even go through the tire!! Tire fixed, no spare. I will go back to Jack Furrier's and will recommend them. I do not remember when I last left a mechanic without feeling cheated or angry. What a refreshing experience. I have had a series of things happen that go along with owning an 18 year old car. Recently I was loaned the money for tires and some work to be done on my car, I need it to get to doctors appointments & Freys that is about it. But the 9 year old tires were dieing a quick death. Researched the web. Found best tire for me. Researched local tire shops went to Jack Furrier @ Kolb & Golf Links. Could not be happier. Then the radiator wentagain superb service. Great up front & mechanic staff. I dont want to have to go back for a while but when I have to Ill be back. Bruce, Troy, and Jim are polite, helpful service reps who go out of their way to explain repairs and servicing that has been done. They are honest and the mechanics do a top notch job on repairs. I received a detailed and personalized response to an email request for information about new tires from Tyler, who handles internet sales. He gave me several options and pointed me to a brand that I had not previously considered, but that was top-rated by Consumer Reports. I ordered the tires and they were delivered the next day to the store near me at Bear Canyon and Tanque Verde. I came to Jack Furriers, because I had a coupon for an oil change. The customer service that I received was impecable, and my car was done in @ 1 hour. Rick and the staff have always been friendly and accomodating. I also appreciate the fact, that they tell me whats needed for my car, to keep it running good. As a result of the services I have received, I have been back for different services and repairs to my car and have been very satisfied with the results. Thanks Rick! A very satisfied customer! more

We recently decided to put new tires on our car and four other cars belonging to our children. After a long online search we decided to contact the 8080 E. 22nd st., location and were helped by the store manager, Rick Drury. I started the process with a brief phone call explaining my needs. I went to the store the following morning and ordered the 5 sets of tires and additional repair work on one of the cars. Within the first hour, all the details of the transaction were complete and two of the vehicles were in the process of being completed. Mr. Drury was also able to set up each transaction for each vehicle so our children could simply walk in and have their cars done. We were very concerned about doing this large transaction because our last experience of having two tires replaced at another company took over 8 hours to complete. Despite all the requests of additional repair work, challenges of bringing cars in on different day, and paying for the whole transaction at one time, Mr. Drury and his staff were able to complete the entire transaction in two days with no complications. And, even with all the extra customer service and professional expertise, we were also given a great deal. I have never received such high quality customer service before, and we are extremely thankful for the the treatment we received from Mr. Drury and his staff. I took in three vehicles for new set of tires, alignment, and oil change took five and half hours to complete manager ryan not professional at all. sales guy albert not proffesional at all were laughing because we were upset that it took so long. for the amount that was spent in the store that day did not deserve to be treated the way we were would not recomend this store at all. I contacted Greg at the oracle and grant store was very appaulagetic about the situation I will be going there not where I purchased the tires. I understand when a store is busy but over five hours is totally unacceptable and unproffesional staff is unacceptable.
