Not a good group of ladies! Very rude and unprofessional. Just a little crew of related gals that act like they don't need a customer. I purchased some items and among them a rug that wouldn't lay flat. It was crinkled and really poorly made. I liked the pattern and bought it anyway. I called and asked if I could return it. The young girl asked me well when did you buy it? It had been six days. She said sorry we don't allow returns after that long, we usually allow a couple of days and if you don't bring it back within that time you can't return it. I explained that I tried everything to get it to lie flat and it simply will not. She said well I'm sorry! Then she said let me ask real quick. She got back on and said you can bring it in and we will look at it. What a joke! I brought it\r
in and was ignored until I asked for help. I explained the scenario and the little sweet chunky lady says\r
to me ""we didn't sell u the rug like that""! Then out of the back comes the young man who brought out\r
the rug from the back for me initially. He says, ""he's right they are all like that. I told her that the company that I work for decorated our facility with all furnishings from this place and that its likely that we will no longer do business here. She looked at me and shrugged her shoulders. She didn't say anything. I purchased another rug of different quality and left. Pretty bad deal right there. Lots of places to buy cheap Mexican made furnishings and for much better pricing. I found that out after my BS experience with rustic furniture of crossroads tx. Be nice ladies! No one owes you a thing. See you all in church I'm sure.
