I do agree with the last post. I just moved out because of job re location. I lived there for 7 years and never had a problem, I made sure i kept my home looking nice and the grass mowed and never heard from management. There is a new manager and he is doing a great job, the park has never looked better before. Yes, management is very strict, yes they send letters but only if you do not keep your home clean or your landscaping needs work. 3 Lakes is a great place to live and if I come back to Tampa I will for sure try to buy another home in the park. Something else, do you think someone who has been evicted for not paying the rent will have something good to say?? I bet most of the negative comments are from evicted tenants.
