Atlas Butler comes out quicker than anybody in Columbus. When the technician arrives they will have a rehearsed script that they are all supposed to know verbatim. Once they diagnose your problem they will present a price guide that starts at $89 and goes up to $1500. However whatever you need repaired will most likely cost between $200-$850. Once they get you to authorize the repair they will try to sell you on a service contract and also tell you of at least one part that should also be replaced. They will explain the part and then scare you into buying it, because the fear of not having heating and cooling are fresh in your memory. After you're done buying the repair and the part that would most likely last another 5-10 years, and oh yeah the contract, you will probably owe them around $700 or so. Then somebody will be back in the fall to clean your furnace, scare the daylights out of you about heat exchanger cracks, carbon monoxide, hot surface ignitors or leaking blower motors(wh
