I have a 1995 Mercedes Benz S600 with 136K miles. The reverse gear was starting to go out so I needed a full rebuild. The store manager, Andrew Adams, was both polite and knowledgeable. He even kept my vehicle indoors protected from the freezing weather. Once complete, Andrew had the techs make several adjustments at no charge to make sure the transmission shifted perfectly. I was impressed with his professionalism.
I am a very happy customer and would recommend the Transmission Shop to anyone
