Yusuf was very professional and offered explanations as he went along with the work involved with doing a furnace tune-up. In addition, he seemed to diagnose difficulties with expertise and corrected everything that required attention. A humidistat has had to be ordered, and a return visit within a couple of days will complete the assignment -- and when that is done, we will be back in order once again, having both our furnace and humidifier in good working order once again. We are pleased with our service and would welcome Yusef back at any time.
