Review content:
The people in the service department at CE Ford seem to be good. Wayne especially was very friendly and communicated well once I finally was able to schedule an appointment (which took weeks of calling different people). The salespeople who set up my work-due bill appointment were NOT helpful, however, nor did they have any understanding of what was being installed in my truck after they told me that a factory Ford bluetooth system could be installed when I purchased my truck. The system installed was a subpar, aftermarket Parrot system that I could have purchased myself for a quarter of the price...and the people at the dealership did not tell me at all about what they were installing. I was told it would be a Ford bluetooth hookup that would work with the pre-existing phone button on my dash, but this was not the case.
In addition, my "Service Advancetrac" light was coming on, so I had them check that...they told me it was a simple software update which they said they downloaded and should easily fix the problem, but then 1 day later the light came back on. Needless to say I was unhappy with the whole appointment and the lack of knowledge and care of the salespeople.
