i have made 3 phone calls to schedule an appt..1st time was person answering the phone not in front of a computer to schedule...i'll call you back - never did. 2nd time...i'm with a customer.... i'll call you back - never did. 3rd time i;m not in front of a computer why don't you call me back! i dont think so! i said to the person on the phone why do you put these living social deals out there if you dont want to schedule an appt with me!! she told me to ask for a refund because i would not be happy...so i did and yes she was right i would not be happy....you never ever ever have a second chance to make a 1st impression!
