Me and my girlfriend have been living here for a little over a year now. When we went to sign our new lease I informed the office that we wanted to move and asked if we could do a month to month one. They said they were not allowed to do that and locked us into a 6 month lease AND told us when we did decide to move we had to give a 60 day notice. We have had nothing but problems since we moved in. The concrete in front of our door floods every time it rains, and in the winter when it freezes they don't put salt down. Both our front door and our balcony door are not properly weather stripped and you can see out side when the doors are shut. Not to mention with the weather as cold as it has gotten this winter you can see your breath INSIDE the apartment. They keep trying to raise our rent to $800 for a 2 bedroom. I have made countless maintenance reports that never get worked on, and in the rare occasion someone does come they look at the problem, tell us they need to get this or that and never come back. The double pained glass window in the master bedroom has had all the gas leaked out of it since we moved in and is now growing mold inside. Residents are not cited for loud noises all through the night, some throw parties every weekend and never get repercussions. There is never any parking in front of our building, which causes us to park 2 or3 buildings away. The management is simply incompetent. I would never recommend these apartments to anyone.
