Beware ethnic rhinoplasty candidates! I hired Dr. Staebel to perform a fairly straight forward rhinoplasty. He led me to believe he was capable of giving me the definition I desired. Instead, I am now consulting with a renowned plastic surgeon in Houston to perform a revision. My tip is extremely over-rotated, huge, and poorly defined. My nostrils are grossly different and there are prominent indentions in the middle of my upturned and crooked nose. My nose is completely disharmonious with my face now. I cannot take a close-up picture without the numerous flaws being highlighted and obvious. In the future, if you are not certain of your abilities, save people the trouble and simply tell them that in the beginning. On the bright side, my surgeon in Houston is not only an awesome plastic surgeon, he is also a remarkable individual. I am honored to have made his acquaintance. However, what I am not happy about is paying again after already having paid Dr. Staebel to put a Ms. Piggy nose on my face.
