Do not ever, ever go here, under any circumstances. This company is definitely a scam, and if you want further proof than my review, check the business bureau. They have an UNSATISFACTORY rating.\r \r I originally went in for a ""consultation,"" which is required before scheduling anything. The high-pressure saleswoman pushed me and my boyfriend to try and buy some ridiculous package for thousands of dollars, without really explaining what it entailed, when I was coming in to ask about a $50 microdermabrasion deal. Even after much more pressuring, we firmly refused to agree to anything else, and the saleswoman became very short and rude with us.\r \r The worst part of the consultation was that she didn't even explain the procedure I was scheduling! She conveniently failed to mention that the $50 deal was a 15-minute version of the usual procedure, which is basically useless.\r \r After the consultation, she informed us that we had to pay up front, with NO REFUNDS! At the time I had no idea I was getting scammed, so I paid up, though we thought it was a little weird.\r \r Like I said, the actual ""microdermabrasion"" was 10-15 minutes, not enough time to do anything. The technician was clearly inexperienced, the room and environment were very unprofessional, and I was prepared in no way except being told to lay down on a bed - and she went right to work, without saying much else. The whole thing was incredibly shady.\r \r What made me especially upset after is that they tried to - surprise - sell me a ton of products and have me come back for more! Are you serious?! NO WAY!\r \r There are much better deals to be had in places that will not scam you like this, and their no-refund policy should be a big hint. Stay far, far away! Cons: Unprofessional, rude staff, ridiculous prices, high pressure salespeople, no refund policy
