I've always liked the work Bellaire Shoe Repair does but NOT now. I took two pair of Dansko shoes in and paid $45 for each pair to have them resoled. This was a lot but the shoes were in excellent condition except each heel was wearing down on one side- this after having the shoes probably two years.\r

After they were resoled by Bellaire Shoe Repair and I wore one pair less than 10 times, the heels are already half as bad as they got in two years before. When I took them back they said I'd have to pay more to have them fixed again. To me this was not good customer service and I won't be back! A good business guarantees there work!
