We negotiated the price of our Ford Fusion Hybrid through the internet and e-mail before we went in to the dealer. Everything was ready and there was no delay or trying to negotiate new terms. The paperwork was processed quickly and everyone we dealt with was very nice and pleasant. It was a really good experience.
