I am very pleased and satisfied to say that I had the pleasure of dealing with Desiree Tejada at Mercedez-Benz of Scottsdale. I first called and she greated me with the utmost professionalism and quality customer service that I have experienced in a long time. She scheduled me to bring in my vehicle for a routine maintenance. Her voice and manorism was like a breath of fresh air. Upon my arrival she quickly received me and made me feel comfortable and escorted me to the waiting area while I was waiting for my vehicle to be serviced. I look forward to dealing with her in the future for all my automotive needs, and I would definitely recommend all of my family and friends to do business there particularly because of how extremely satisfied I was with her and her curtousy surpassed my expectations. The reason why I am giving this review is because of my overall satisfaction with my experience there.
