I bought a 40 inch r_c_a a l e d t v s best buy yesterdayit was the Open box dealfor $230 I asked the seller is everything in the box you said yes it was got home last night open the box up and the pedestal mount was not in the box went to best buy todayI went to the customer service desk the only told me to go get a nother TVthen she asked me for $60 I asked her for what she said because that's the new TV and you have to pay the differenceI asked her to call a manager he did not come to customer service because her on the phone and told her that he would take $30 off but I will have to pay the difference I went and found the manager he was very nonchalant about it it said he would if he did that for me he would have to do it for every customer who bought the open box itemBest Buy is a national chainI am very upset and disappointed that they could not satisfy meif they could have found me to pass the peas I would've been happy but they said they'll have pedal steel pieces Edeka not give me a new TV without me paying additional money at this point I'm not sure if I would ever shop at best buy again
