These days, so many people act as though you (the consumer) are lucky that they showed up for work!! Caring Hands Animal Hospital is by far the BEST new experience I've had in years!! Thank you ONE and ALL! After getting the "Bums-Rush" at several other Vets this am, I spoke w/Nicole who was willing to tell me whatever I needed to know. It's been a while since I've had a puppy, so I needed to know everything....and I was able to get in there 1-1/2hrs later too! When we arrived, it only got better. Carolyn, was amazingly sweet (I'm sure it wasn't because my puppy is sooo cute!) Ken, the Tech answered many, many questions...and I could really tell he loves his job, he's very good at it. They actually compete at who is nicer! Gotta love that! When Dr. Neubert came in, it was the very same Nicole I'd spoken with in the 1st place! She was just WONDERFUL!!! When we were finished, my bill was less than I'd expected! Again, Carolyn, VERY cool! Kodiak and I couldn't be happier! (probably me more...his hiney hurts) The only thing that would make them better is that they would treat humans too!! Hats off to you all!!
