Only move here if you're prepared to deal with no parking after 7pm (you'll have to park on the outskirts in visitor parking by the dumpster or outside the gate and hike home...or you'll have to do what most people do and park in fire zones when that runs out) and constant neighbor noise due to poor construction. I can hear when my neighbors do dishes...laundry...walk on the laminate floors in the kitchen...their baby cries...the kids walk from one room to another...the siblings upstairs fight or play...their dogs bark...the walk/talk/entertain... Complaining to the office does no good either. There isn't a courtesy officer anymore for the complex either, and since getting rid of one I've had anything left outside my front door (doormat, potted plants) destroyed or stolen.\r \r If you do move here, don't get an apartment anywhere near the stairs unless you want your walls to vibrate every time someone walks up or down and for it to sound like a herd of elephants on parade at all hours of the night. Plus, the ""valet"" trash service leaves the trash outside the doors of the apartments next to the stairs while collecting for the floor, and there's nothing more fun than having people over or trying to leave and finding half a dozen bags of rotting trash blocking your door.
