I've used Chicago Private Cars several times now for trips to O'Hare Airport after getting a recommendation to use them from a friend. They're ALWAYS on time, the cars are new Lincolns that are very well kept, the drivers are very easy going and the cost is significantly lower than the average competitor - only $5-7 more than using a cab if you live in the Lincoln Park or Lakeview neighborhoods (that's where I've taken them from, but it may be more or less of a difference from your neighborhood). Either way...it's well worth the few extra bucks not to get stuck in a cramped, dingy cab which may or may not be on time and which has a driver that can be unfamiliar with your neighborhood, the best routes and often even the English language (I say this despite being a devoted cab rider to and from the Loop on a daily basis - but you just have to admit that it's very unpredictable when you get a cab). You won't be disappointed by the value of using this company compared to a cab or their private car competitors.
Pros: Great price; well-maintained fleet; always on time.
Cons: None that I have seen, yet.
