Hopefully on my next purchase the delivery guy/installer will be in a much better mood than he was the day I received my appliance. I would have given 5 stars across the board with Dick Van Dyke, but the delivery guy seemed SO ANGRY about something when he came to deliver and install my in-wall stove that I was afraid to even speak to him. As a customer, you always remember the one bad thing and take for granted all the awesome things. To be sure, up until that point - EVERYTHING about my experience with Dick Van Dyke was awesome.
