I do not know the quality of their actual work product, but I was not impressed with my initial dealings with R&M Embroidery. My simple time sensitive project seemed to confuse the friendly front office employee, but another person came by and answered my questions. I was told that I would be contacted with work product samples. Five days passed without word from R&M so I contacted them and was told they were not sure the project would be ready on time. I became concerned about R&M's performance, so I cancelled my order.
