Did you know that almost all of the good reviews posted on here are from customers that were bribed with a huge discount on their next visit if they went to city search and wrote a good review? and employees as well..... well its true. And The owner will totally freak out if you dare try using a 10 percent off coupon more than once. why offer them and then cause a big scene and embarrass the customer presenting the coupon. I will never go back to barks because of the owner. she speaks as though she never made it out of grade school. not a very intelligent person at all, and her customer skills ????? terrible !!!!! she should not be in business, its obvious she has no idea how to run a business. whos behind the scenes penny because it sure is not YOU that has made it last as long as it has. !!!! and whats up with the mary jane perfume ?? barks is a joke , don't go there if you care about your dog.
