Review content:
I am shocked at the positive reviews for this dealership's service department. Perhaps they have lost quality employees recently or we caught them on a bad day, but their service department was dishonest, inefficient, and ineffective. They lied about the price of service (while we expected to pay a lot at a dealership, there was a full hundred dollar difference from what we told to what we paid), took six hours to do routine maintenance that shouldn't have taken half that time, and did not fully change the transmission fluid (while giving the indication they would and charging for it). \r \r While I do not mind spending money for quality service, I very much DO mind paying to be deceived, giving money to a dishonest business with unethical practices. I feel that doing anything other than warning everyone I know--and everyone I may be able to reach through the internet--about this business' actions would be a disservice to other dealerships that may not be unethical and wrong. We understand that dealerships have a history of overcharging for service, but this takes it to the extreme. There are no excuses for it.
