Amazing service 8/9/2011

Took it to LSS yesterday and they put it up on a lift and broke them free for me at no cost! And I was in and out in 20 minutes with no appointment and a free car wash! Amazing service, you've won me over. more

Every single time I have dealt with Service Dept I have had great experience. Terry is great guy, Chris is just a badass tech. Prices are always fair and work is top notch. I am glad there is a dealership that is honest and does excellent work in a fast manner. more

Attentive, responsive and friendly 7/21/2011

I purchased a new '11 Forester this weekend from James, whom I found to be attentive, responsive and friendly. There was very little 'rigamaroo' during the negotiation, which I appreciated. It was a pleasant surprise to find a local dealership that I could do business with. more

Real nice experience thus far 7/19/2011

Hey Everybody, Just ordered my second WRX from LSS and was told of this site. My wife and I have been working with Courtney and it's been a real nice experience thus far. Lost my first WRX in an accident last summer; got t-boned a week after I put about 1,500 dollars of maintenance into it for the 60K mileage stuff. Yes, that's right, it was a 2003 silver sedan bugeye with just over 60k miles that I got when it was pretty much new. For my second one we ordered a premium hatchback in silver with a few other goodies. Can't wait for it. more

Took good care of me 7/7/2011

Was time for the 15K service - and I had some little issues, Normal break check, Rear wiper ate itself, Bright’s weren’t...and I had a god awful noise in the front suspension...I thought... Took the Perl in for some dealership Loving, Terry (Service Advisor) totally grabbed my issues and got them down so the techs could diag them. I like ya Big T, and you took good care of me, thanks! more

The sales staff was willing to work with me over the phone as I needed to help a family member who lived locally buy a car. They took my calls seriously, were very accommodating, and took care of my family member when she picked up the car. I got fair market value for the car. Greatly appreciated. more

I was so pleased with everyone at Lee's Summit Subaru. I had visited many dealerships when searching for my new vehicle. Your dealership was respectful and curtious. I had been treated like a dumb woman from many of the other dealerships and everyone from start to finish was so good to my husband and I. I felt that y our staff went above and beyond to help me purchase my pefect car. more

I am MORE than excellently satisfied with the service I recieved at Lee's Summit Subaru. Joshua and Patrick did an excellent job in answering my questions and helping me to meet the bottom line. The whole experience was fast, informative, efficient and painless. Also, the lady salesman who took me on the off-road test drive was excellent too... I couldn't believe the off road capabilities you showed me before the purchase... that was by far the best part--going off road to purchase a vehicle!! It sold me when she parked sideways down a hill with only 3 tires on the ground! I love my Outback. Thank you. more
