Review content:
I find it not at all amazing that Gittleman Management Corp has changed its name in a ""national rebranding effort"" to First Service Residential. And, this is the first time I have seen a reply to a review with a self-recommendation for itself. A snake in the grass, a chameleon. Did it soon get to difficult to hide behind the all so true reviews of not returning phone calls. Everything about the fines above are true. I would never recommend moving into a First Service Residential aka Gittleman property. Oh sure, name change was part of a corporate change I get that, but in all my years I have never dealt with such a horrid experience.
