Review content:
Ok, I'm only rating the portion of Skin Kitchen that I've experienced, and that experience was tonight. I was given a gift card for Skin Kitchen, and I called to talk to someone about potential scheduling so I could draw up some sort of design. The guy I reached on the phone was very rude on at least 3 different occasions in just the 5 minutes I was on the phone with him. He made it clear by not only verbal confirmation, but also just by the tone of his voice that I was not his priority at that time. I don't have any idea how good or bad the tattoo artists are that work there, I'm sure I'll have to find out at some point in the future because I am now stuck getting a tattoo there with this gift card. The customer service portion of ANY business is a huge first impression for a customer, and often it's the make or break for any customer. When someone has a bad apple, or just a rude employee manning the phones, it can be very costly.
