Extremely rude. Similar experience as noted below. They tried to up charge me for cleaning a rug. Based on my experience here and with more reputable dealers in Bhm and Atlanta, I cannot recommend them. Maybe those questionable practices work in the ""old country"" but you re in America where we treat customers fairly. Have also been told that their rug cleaning is done by Sanitary Rugs in Trusville .... Avoid the middleman and the disagreeable staff.
