Review content:
Although the salesman I had was courteous and friendly, I was surprised to learn -- after the fact -- that this store has NO COMFORT GUARANTEE. Therefore, I would recommend shopping at other stores before this one, especially if you would like the security of knowing your mega-bucks purchase is comfortable and good for you. Also: take your time trying mattresses, and remember that the ones in the store are much softer because many people have worn them in. The bed I purchased seemed fine in the store. But the one I got -- after 3 weeks -- is still very uncomfortable to sleep on. I didn't spend over $1,000 to wake up with tingling arms and shoulders. I am told there is no structural problem with the bed, so I'm stuck with it. Blah.
