I ordered a Whirlpool fridge from the Dick Van Dyke in Champaign. When the delivery person arrived at my home in Savoy I was surprised that there was only one employee! He helped me remove the remaining food from my old refrigerator (I was under the impression that it could stay) and moved it to my garage for me. He then installed the new unit all by himself. I was amazed, at both his ability to maneuver the appliances, and also his thoroughness and courteous manner. It was a very pleasant experience and influenced my opinion of the company in a positive way. Please pass along my appreciation to the delivery personnel. Thank you!
