From the time we entered the store in Bloomington, to the delivery and installation, we had a great experience. First, our sales agent Russ asked us about our situation and needs. He was warm, very informative and helpful, not pushy. Pricing for our dishwasher was competitive and the Dick Van Dyke warranty was a major factor in our decision to purchase there. Our installer Harold was clean, neat, and professional. It was readily evident that he is well experienced and very efficient at his craft. We are very pleased with the service we had with Dick Van Dyke Appliance World.
