Review content:
I cannot say enough how frustrated I am with this place. I have had to go back so many times to get my car actually fixed after an accident it is unbelievable. They still did not fix my door correctly. I have been back five separate times for the door alone. They try to say that it is from other things, or that it just needed a small adjustment, but it is the exact same thing every time since the accident. They barely pay attention when you are telling them what the issue is, and will not work with you if you can’t get in during their normal banking hours. For those of us that 9-5 that is next to impossible. I had to use almost all my sick days trying to get my car fixed, and it still is not fixed. They are clearly only interested in making the insurance company happy and getting you out the door as fast and cheap as possible. Well, that may be good for something like a fender repair, but my hood being loose and my driver’s side door falling off its hinges are not acceptable. I need fixes that work AND last, not just a band-aid. I suggest you go elsewhere for accident repairs.
