If you value your property or your family's lives, do NOT rely on their service contract. I have had Allpro's maintenance contract for 2 years following installation of a new ac/heating system. They failed to notice that the installation wasn't up to code, that the drain stem was incorrectly capped, that I had a carbon monoxide leak, and a host of other dangerous and system-threatening problems. Though they didn't notice the problems, they always recommended expensive and non-related OTHER things. I am fortunate that it was mild weather and I hadn't used the furnace during this time or I would probably be dead.
