Review content:
one of the worst dining experiences in recent memory. while the food was good, the service was horrendous and the manager might have been the most incompetent manager i have ever dealt with. the servers were extremely inattentive and failed to bring simple things when asked for like bread, lemon, water. when we brought this to the attention of the manager, he could care less to what we had to say. he cut us off in the middle of our conversation and he returned with "shots" in the middle of our dinner, which were basically sugar water. who wants a shot in the middle of a nice meal? you can tell this is some spoiled kid whose parents just gave him things to shut him up and thats how he tries to deal with unsatisfied customers. i could go on and on about how bad the service was, and how the manager couldnt care less. we had to ask for the check 3 times. our coffee was served cold at the end of our meal. my friends rack of lam was first over-cooked, then undercooked- the sign of an immature chef. the busboys felt so bad for us, that a few of them personally apologized for the manager and said it happens all the time there.
