Horrible experience with this company. Needed toilet for restoration of my home and asked for a toilet to be used by a disabled person. This had to have a 10 inch rough in. They sold me a toilet with a 10 in rough in but not raised for a disabled person. Person has fallen many times because of them. I order two toilets and had to return them, they charged me $100.00 each for restocking. Do not do business with this company!
