The most over priced Pet store in Palm Beach county is true. I was in to purchase a t-shirt for my 18 year old dog. The sizes are not right. I came back twice to get the next size-up only to find out they are all the same size no matter what was marked. The same lady said she can "order" me one that would fit. I waited from 2/16/11 to 3/01/11 to be called. I went in and what they had was the same size as the last time (4 visits now). The red haired lady was telling me NO REFUNDS. I said you did not provide me with the t-shirt you said you would. I said this is my 4th visit and you called to say it was in. If it was not the correct item you should of told me over the phone. I think they are unprofessional and unfriendly. I had the feeling they had many complants and were ready for an argument. I did NOT want an argument, I wanted my t-shirt for my old sick dog. I hate a merchant that tries to take advatange of it's customers.I try hard to support my Lake Worth businesses, this one makes
