Review content:
I have been going to Abundant Life for almost 2 months now. Before that I had accepted as reality that my pains and aches were due to hitting the BIG 50. I moaned and groaned anytime I moved and I had aches and pains that limited my mobility. Hips, shoulders, elbows, wrists, and hands all ached and I was taking several anti-inflammatory drugs and creams. Just getting in and out of the car was difficult. Being able to grasp items or clench my fist was a herculean task. But now, I am pain free and my mobility has improved dramatically. Chiro care is not an instant cure but it is a process that you must commit to. I have and I am much happier. I am starting an exercise plan that I previously thought was a pipe dream. Freedom of movement is not something I will take for granted anymore.
