Review content:
My experience here was the most enjoyable visit to an optometrist I have had in my life. The staff was very helpful, and quick to answer my questions and make sure I had all of the information I needed. Everything felt streamlined, especially with the ability to fill out most of the patient information online before visiting the clinic. They were very interested in making sure I got exactly the correct prescription I needed in each eye, and informed me of other ocular problems that I've had, but no other doctor told me about. My wait time for Dr. Groff to come to finish up the exam was less than three minutes, which is about half the time I have experienced elsewhere. I would highly recommend anyone to come to this office when in need of these services. Especially with the use of technology to make things much quicker. Appointment reminders, and eye glasses notifications, can be sent out via text message or call, and the majority of the office where patients are seen is in soft light, in case anyone is having their eyes dilated.
