If you want a butt-kicking kickboxing class, try The Karate Academy in Bethpage. If you thought some of those other workouts were ""insane"", you ain't seen nothin'! This class is a non-stop, hour long torture session, but if you are serious about getting in shape, this is the place to be. You start off with warm-ups, followed by a grueling cardio, kicking and punching segment, and then a short cool down. The instructors keep you on your toes, but allow you to work at your own pace for those just starting. And the atmosphere is set for you to keep your enthusiasm pumping. So if you are looking for a new experience, give these guys and gals a try!
