Yes, I am one of those guys who waits to the very last day of the month to go get my car inspected. Yes, I know I bring it on myself to deal with long service wait times because of my lazyness. Or so I thought..... Going to Hancocks was the best thing in the world for me. I got there about 10:30am with a fully charged phone, and my daughters Nintendo ds to keep me busy during my long prepared wait. After a cheerful greeting, and basic information swap I handed over my key and proceeded over to the comfy and well kept wait area. I received a text from a family member that wanted to know if I wanted to be picked up to kill some time not long after I sat down. I Let the clerk at the deck know that I was leaving for a little bit and to please call when they were done or if there were any issues. So, I left. At 11:10am , about 25minutes after I left, I got a phone call with the same cheerful business politeness I had received when I first entered Hancocks, I was informed that my car was ready with good inspection. I was floored!!! Never in my life have I ever had my car inspected with such speed. Hancocks has earned my respect and all my future car needs.
