Review content:
Bought a vehicle out of the area as Swanty's usually asks several thousand more dollars for the same vehicle, anyways purchased at Jim Click Dodge in Tucson and I love my new Ram 1500 but it had some paint defects I noticed on the final walk around of sales date. Anyways I thought warranty work could be done at any dealership with the same courtesy, and I was wrong as I went to my local Dodge dealer for the warranty work and it was not a pleasant experience at all. I jumped through all the required hoops only to find they would not offer a rental vehicle of any kind for the 5-7 days needed to repaint the affected areas of the truck. After calling Chrysler to get the rental vehicle approved they said that was all up to the particular dealership, I thought that was weird as I don't expect the dealership to have to use there funds for something that should be covered under warranty. Anyways I received a call back from Chrysler that said swantys found I was too demanding and they would like for me to take my business elsewhere. I would just like to say the lady in charge of warranty work was very difficult to work with and was gassed or apalled especially after asking for a rental vehicle while my vehicle was in for warranty work. This is my Moms truck and of course that also was a issue for the dealership but my mom isn't up to dealing with this stuff at the age of 70s. I don't recommend Swantys for any services even though my parents had purchased vehicles at this dealership the last 30 plus years.
