Ricky B has been the technician out to check on our heating and cooling system twice a year for the past 3 years. He is always polite, professional, there in the time frame we are told to expect him and he even takes the time to explain the readings to us. The office ladies are also awesome; when there wasn't availability for an appointment on our preferred day, we were given an alternate appointment date and put on a standby list in case of cancellations. We got service the day we were hoping for and everyone from AirCon that helped us gave great customer service!
